How Do I Make a Return?

 THE RETURN PROCESS

Orders Placed with a Member Account

1. Sign in to your account on mashakate.com.

2. Go to "My Orders" in the account menu.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and click "Create a Return Request".

4. Drop off your item free of charge at your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch within 14 days, using Customer Code 515839721 and Return Authorisation Code ARTTEKS26.

Orders Placed as a Guest (Without Membership)

1. Go to the "ORDER TRACKING" page on mashakate.com.

2. Enter the email address you used for the order and your order number.

3. Select the item(s) you would like to return and click "Create a Return Request".

4. Drop off your item free of charge at your nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch within 14 days, using Customer Code 515839721 and Return Authorisation Code ARTTEKS26.

What Are the Return Conditions?

· You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

· Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered. Items that are creased, damaged, stained, smell of perfume or are otherwise not fit for resale cannot be accepted for return.

· The inner and outer labels of the item must be complete. Items with removed, torn or damaged labels cannot be accepted for return. 

· Please fill in the Return Form included in your parcel and send it back with the item.

· Returned items must be packed in the brand's original shipping bag in which they were sent to you.

· The cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are listed in Article 6 of the Distance Sales Agreement.

Paid Return Shipping: The cost of returns sent with carriers other than Yurtiçi Kargo is paid by the customer. Return parcels sent cash on delivery with other carriers are not accepted.

When Will I Be Refunded for My Return?

When your returned items reach us, we first check that they meet the return conditions. Returns that meet the conditions are usually approved and processed within 2 to 7 days. Your payment is refunded to the payment method you used within 7 days at the latest of your notice of withdrawal reaching us. How long it takes for the amount to appear on your card depends on your bank.
