Return Policy

GENERAL

  1. When you place an order electronically on our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
  2. Regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase, buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Before your order reaches the 'Ready for Shipping' stage, you can send us your cancellation request with your order number through our support line. Once your order is 'Ready for Shipping'  it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you can use the return process after receiving the item. You can see which stage your order is at in the Order Tracking section.

MISSING, WRONG OR DAMAGED DELIVERY

If your order arrives incomplete, wrong or damaged, you can contact us through the following channels:

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered. Items that are damaged, soiled or otherwise not fit for resale cannot be accepted for return.
  • The inner and outer labels of the item must be complete. Items with removed, torn or damaged labels cannot be accepted for return.
  • The return form included in the parcel must be sent back with the item, stating the reason for the return.
  • Returned items must be sent in the brand's original shipping packaging in which they were sent to you, or in secure packaging that will not be damaged in transit.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Free Return Shipping: Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can drop off your item free of charge at Yurtiçi Kargo branches with CUSTOMER CODE 515839721 and RETURN CODE ARTTEKS26.

Paid Return Shipping: The shipping cost of returns sent with carriers other than Yurtiçi Kargo is paid by the customer. Return parcels sent cash on delivery with other carriers are not accepted.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Items that reach our warehouse are first checked against the return conditions. Refunds for items that meet the return conditions are approved and processed within 2–7 days. How long it takes for the amount to appear on your credit card depends on your bank.
