How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order by clicking the “Cancel Order” button before it enters the preparation process.

Once your order enters the preparation process, it can no longer be canceled.

How Can I Return My Order?

 

Underwear, swimsuits, earrings, tights, and other hosiery products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Clothing must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inner and outer tags intact, unaltered, and accompanied by the invoice).

Free Return Shipping: You can return your order free of charge within 15 days of delivery by providing the return code 1093365746 at MNG Cargo branches.

Paid Return Shipping: Shipping fees for returns made through courier companies other than MNG Cargo are covered by the customer. The return period is 15 days from the date of delivery.
