Is there anything I should check when receiving my package?
Yes. During shipping, products may be damaged by the courier. Therefore, when receiving your package, check for any signs of crushing, tearing, or wetness on the package. If you notice such issues, do not accept the package and ask the courier to prepare a report.
The courier came, but I wasn’t home. How can I retrieve my package?
If you are not at the delivery address, the courier will leave your package at the nearest courier branch to your address. It will be held at the branch for 3 days. You can collect the package from the branch by providing your ID number. If the package is not collected within 3 days, it will be returned to us.
