• How can I return a product?
Underwear, swimwear, earrings, tights, and other socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
Clothing must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with original tags and invoice included).
Free Return Shipping: You can return your order to any MNG Cargo branch free of charge within 15 days of delivery using the return code 1093365746.
Paid Return Shipping: Returns made through shipping companies other than MNG Cargo will have shipping costs covered by the customer. The return period is 15 days from the delivery date.
