• Can I shop without being a member?

You can visit www.mashakate.com without being a member, but you need to be a member to make a purchase.

• How can I update my membership information?

After logging in with your username and password, you can update your membership information from the "My Account" section.

• I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forget your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link in the member login section and enter the email address you specified when you registered in the box on the page that opens. You can easily create a new password using the link sent to your email address for password change.

• Which shipping company will my order be sent with?

Your order will be shipped with YURTİÇİ Kargo.

• Has my order been shipped?

When your order is shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address and phone number registered in our system.

• How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email and phone number registered in our system with information about the shipment.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN PROCESS

• How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by clicking the "Cancel Order" button before it enters the preparation process.

Order cancellation is not possible after the order has entered the preparation process.

• What should I do if my order is incomplete/incorrect/damaged?

• How can I return an item?

Underwear, swimwear, earrings, pantyhose, and other socks cannot be exchanged or returned.

Garments must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inner and outer tags, no alterations, and with the invoice).

Free Return Shipping: You can return your order free of charge to YURTİÇİ Kargo branches within 15 days of receiving it, using customer number 515839721 and return code ARTTEKS26.

Paid Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns made with courier companies other than YURTİÇİ Kargo are the responsibility of the customer. The return period is 15 days from the date of receipt.

• When will the refund for the returned product be transferred to my account?

Products returned to our address are first checked for compliance with return procedures. The return process for products that comply with the return procedures is initiated, and the relevant amount is transferred to your account within a maximum of 14 business days, depending on your bank.
