What are the Return Conditions?

• The return period is 15 days from the date you received your order.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns of products that are wrinkled, damaged, soiled, or in a condition unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.

• The product's inner and outer labels must be complete. Returns of products with torn, ripped, or damaged labels will not be accepted.

• The invoice must be sent with the product.

• Returns of products that have absorbed perfume or are unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.

• For returns, products must be packaged in the original shipping bag of the brand from which they were sent to you.

• Underwear, swimwear, earrings, pantyhose, and other socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
